Processing fee

A one-off fee of € 249.00 (incl. 19% VAT) will be charged for processing your order. If you change your mind within 14 days, you can of course use your statutory right of withdrawal. After expiry of this period and conclusion of the contract, you will receive the first proposals. If successful, the processing fee will be offset against the lump sum.

Are you in a hurry?

In urgent cases, you can waive your right of withdrawal in text form and pay the processing fee in advance by bank transfer.

Flat rate

Would you like to work with me to find your perfect match for childcare? Great, that makes me very happy! In this case, there is a one-off flat fee (incl. 19% VAT), the amount of which depends on the type of childcare. In addition to the lump sum, a processing fee of € 249.00 (incl. 19% VAT) will be charged. This processing fee will be offset against the flat rate if a childcare contract is successfully concluded.

 Important note

It does not "match" - no problem! In this case, only the processing fee will be charged. This fee is one-off and is charged regardless of success.
